2 Cans Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 C. Lemon Juice
2 Egg Yolks (reserve whites for meringue)

Baked Pie Crust

Meringue:
2 Egg Whites
2 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a mixing bowl add eagle brand milk, lemon juice and egg yolks. Mix until well blended. Do not cook. Place mixture in a baked pie crust. Add meringue as directed below.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites till almost stiff. Add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue on top of pie filling and seal to edges of crust. Bake till meringue is slightly browned. Cool, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
