1 C. Shortening
1 C. Peanut Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Brown Sugar, packed
3 Eggs
3 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Cream together shortening, peanut butter and both sugars. Add eggs. Combine flour, soda and salt and gradually add to cream mixture and mix well. Roll into 1-1/2” balls. Place 3” apart on an ungreased cookie sheet, then flatten each ball with a fork. Bake 10-15 minutes.
