2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 T pine nuts
2 peeled garlic cloves
1 t salt
½ cup olive oil
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 T grated romano pecorino (or romano cheese)
3 T butter - room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
In the bowl of a food processor, add the basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt & olive oil. Process until blended, add butter and both cheeses. Process until butter is incorporated.

You can freeze this.

Enough for 1 lb pasta.
