2 cans (8oz each) original crescent rolls
2 pkgs (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Lay 1 can of crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 dish, pinch together seams and push out to cover the bottom.

In a blender, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until smooth.

Spread mixture over bottom layer of crescent roll.

Cover top with 2nd can of crescent rolls.

Beat egg white and brush on the top.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 30 minutes.
