3 ½ oz pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
3 oz Irish Cream
3 oz Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Combine cold milk and pudding with an electric mixer. Blend in the liquors. Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly blended.

Fill individual serving cups and chill.

Many thanks to my niece, Rachele, for introducing me to pudding shots. They were a hit at the tailgate. Just keep the smaller kids away or make theirs without the liquor.
