1 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 tsp cinnamon

Cake:
3 cups flour
5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

2. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumbs; set aside.

3. Batter: Beat eggs, butter, and sugar until frothy. Add milk, sour cream, and vanilla; stir until incorporated. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl and turn the mixer to low speed to combine well. If the batter is too stiff, add a little more milk.

4. Spread half of the batter in the bottom of the baking dish, top with half of the crumb mixture. Repeat with the remaining batter and crumbs.

5. Bake for 25-30 mins until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serve warm.
