1 C flour
1 t baking powder
1 egg
1/2 C flat beer
1/2 C milk
paprika, salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Beat in egg. Stir in beer & milk. Season to taste. Let sit at room temp until batter bubbles a bit. Dip items to fry and add directly to submerged fryer basket. Cook 4-10 mins. as needed by items. Very versatile.
