2 C broccoli
2 C cauliflower
1 C carrots sliced thin
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 C radish sliced thin
1/2 C diced onion
1-2 cloves garlic finely diced

Liquid:
2-3 C broth of choice
2 C milk

Meat (opt)
Ham/bacon/turkey/chicken/rabbit/etc or whatever
If vegetarian can use smoke flavor

6-8 oz min Velveeta type cheese
Add shredded cheese as desired such as cheddar, colby, swiss etc

For seasoning use any or all salt, pepper, seasoning salt, bouillon, thai seasoning, parsley, basil, chives...be imaginative!

Cooking is easy. Add broth to veggies and bring to simmer until veggies are mostly done. Add meat. Add milk. Add seasoning. Simmer then when about done add cheeses and melt for 10-15 mins. If desired add flour or corn starch to thicken. flour has to simmer at least 15 mins, corn starch for 5 mins.

From David - I started with a simple recipe on a cheese box then added and tried
until I came up with this recipe. Very customizable, add and subtract as
you like, but always good and healthy.
