Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed oats
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons molasses or honey
1/2 cup brown sugar

Filling:
1 1/2 cup pitted, chopped prunes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: prepare first.
Mix all but last three ingredients in saucepan. Bring just to a boil. Mix flour and brown sugar; stir just enough flour/sugar mix into fruit mix to thicken the filling. Heat til thick. Stir in walnuts; set aside.

Crust:
Cream butter, beat in oil. Add sugar, cream well. Beat in honey. Stir in oats, flour, and salt. Press half of mixture onto a cookie sheet with sides. Spread on fruit filling, sprinkle remaining flour mix on top, spread with hands and press down. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into diamond shapes.
