Crust:
1/2 pound butter (2 sticks)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour

Filling:
8 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups sugar
11 tablespoons lemon juice

Topping (optional)
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, flour, sugar together; press firmly into bottom of 9X13" baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Carefully pour egg mixture over hot crust. Bake an additional 25 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top, cool and cut into squares.
