2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup raw sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
3/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt into bowl, cut in butter. Stir in egg yolk and sour cream. Mix well, shape dough into ball. Wrap in waxed paper, chill overnight. Divide into three parts. On lightly floured board, roll each into a 12" circle, then cut each into 12 pie-shaped wedges. Blend sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle each wedge with sugar mixture. Starting at wide end, roll up. Place on sprayed cookie sheet with point tucked underneath. Bake at 350°F til light brown.


Optional:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Mix and spread over hot butterhorns.
