Trader Joe's pizza dough; halved
Bell pepper loosely chopped
1/3 red onion; chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
Dried basil, oregano, garlic powder to taste
Sea salt
Tomato sauce
Vegan Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Saute onions and peppers in skillet until soft and slightly charred. Add in mushrooms for the last few minutes.
Roll out dough on floured surface and transfer to parchment paper lined pizza pan.
Top with tomato sauce, toppings and cheese, salt and spices.
Transfer pizzas to oven keeping them on the parchment paper directly on oven rack.
Bake for 17 to 20 minutes. Top with red pepper flakes if desired.
