2 c flour
3 ½ t baking powder
¾ c sugar
pinch salt
2 eggs (separated)
1½ c milk
1 c melted butter
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks.
Add milk, butter, and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients and mix.
Beat egg whites.
Fold in beaten egg whites.

Cook in waffle iron.
Freeze left over waffles.
They can be heated in pop up toaster.

These are great! Easy to freeze in a plastic bag and take out what you want and heat in toaster and walk out the door if in a hurry. They don't need syrup.
