Pre-heat oven to 350º

1 10oz. can Ro-tell mild tomatoes, drained (reserve juice)
1½ cups bread crumbs
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs
1½ lb. lean ground chuck
2 tsp. salt
1 large green pepper, chopped

Glaze:
4 oz. tomato sauce
¼ cup water
reserved Ro-tel juice
3½ cups brown sugar
2½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, mix well. Turn into a loaf pan. Meanwhile prepare Glaze; mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour glaze over meat and bake at 350º for 1 hour, basting constantly until done.
