2 eggs
1/2 tsp dalt
3 T cream or top milk
1 pinch baking powder
Enough flour to roll out noodles.
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until light color, add salt, beat.
Add cream and baking powder.
Add flour until you can roll out the dough
Roll out dough and cut into noodles, let air dry to your liking. I don't let them dry long, they they are big and fluffy.
