1/4 cup and 1 Tbl. olive oil
1 Tbl. unsalted butter
1Tbl. chopped onion
1Tbl. chopped garlic
1chopped shallot
10 baby portobellos. washed and stemmed
1/1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbl. mayo
2.Tbl. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbl. Dijon mustard
1 Tbl. chopped red pepper
1 Tbl. chopped green pepper
!Tbl. chopped orange pepper
8 oz. lump crabmeat

Preheat oven to 350º. Heat 1/4 cupolive oil and butter; add garlicand shallot. Cook 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and season with S&P.(2 minutes). Remove from heat. Place mushrsooms, stem side down on sheet pan,lined with parchment paper.

2-Heat olive oil (I Tbl.). Add peppers and cook 1 minute. Cool.

3-Combine crab, hot sauce, worcestershire, mayo, mustard,Old Bay seasoning and S&P in bowl. Stir in peppers. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into mushrooms, Sprinkle tops with bread crumbs. Bake for 10 min. or until goldenbrown.
