1 Stick + 2Tbsp Butter.................................................1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 (1oz) Unsweetened Chocolate................................4 Drops Green Food Coloring
3 Eggs..........................................................................1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1-½ Cups Sugar...........................................................1 tsp Peppermint Extract
2 tsp Vanilla.................................................................Andes Mints, optional
1 Cup Flour...................................................................6 oz Chocolate Chips
1 8 oz Cream Cheese...................................................½ Cup Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt stick of butter and the unsweetened chocolate. Cool. Beat in 2 eggs, 1cup sugar and vanilla. Add chocolate then beat in flour and pour in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, ½ Cup Sugar and 2 Tbsp butter. Add cornstarch, beat in milk and 1 egg, peppermint and food coloring. Pour over crust and bake 15-20 minutes. Cool. In a heavy pot melt chocolate chips and whipping cream. Pour on top and chill. Garnish with Mints .
