2-½ Cups Sugar............................................................................1 Cup Walnuts
1 Cup Oil.......................................................................................2-½ Cups Chopped Apples
3 Eggs...................................................................................................SAUCE
1-½ Cups Apple Sauce................................................................1 Stick Butter
3 Cups Self Rising Flour..............................................................¾ Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract.....................................................................2 Tbsp Milk
.......................................................................................................1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Cream sugar, eggs and oil in a large bowl. Add flour gradually, then vanilla, nuts and apples and beat well. Pour into pan then bake for 45-60 minutes until done. Let cool in pan for a little while then turn in on a p!ate. In a small saucepan melt butter then add brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Heat to a boil and cook 2-3minutes until thickened. Poke holes in cake and pour sauce over it.
