1¾ C graham cracker crumbs
⅓ C oleo, softened
1¼ C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3- 8 oz cream cheese
1 C sour cream
3 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly blend oleo and cracker crumbs with ¼ cup of sugar. Press firmly against bottom and 2½ inches up sides of an 8 inch spring form pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in sour cream. Spread in prepared pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 60 to70 minutes, or until firm. Turn off oven, leaving door slightly ajar. Allow cake to remain in oven for 1 hour, cool in pan. Chill 4 hours or all night. Remove side of pan. Top with pie filling.
