20 oz. kernel corn
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. all purpose flour

Mix all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn off, cool and freeze in bags.
