2 cups butter
4 cups sugar
7 eggs
7 cups cake flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup molasses
2½ cups cold coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Add dry ingredients alternately with combined molasses and cold coffee. Blend until smooth. Pour into greased baking sheet (16½" x 24½" x 1"). Bake 375º for 30 minutes or until done. 50 servings.
