3 eggs
½ c. butter, softened (1 stick)
1½ c. granulated sugar
½ tbsp. cornmeal (self-rising or plain)
½ tbsp. white vinegar
½ tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
1 (9 oz.) Pillsbury frozen pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.

Bake until top of pie is browned, about 40-45 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool 2 hours before serving.

**This recipe only makes one pie. Double ingredients to make two pies, if desired.
