1 Large can crescent rolls

1 pound sausage, crumbled and drained

1 cup frozen hash browns thawed

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

6 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Press crescent rolls into bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan, sealing the perforations and making a raised rim around the edge.

Spread with cooked sausage and sprinkle with hash browns.

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over hash browns.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
