2 cans of crab meat, drained
1 stick butter
3 T flour
¼ lb swiss cheese, grated
1 pt half & half
½ bunch parsley, chopped
½ bunch green onions, chopped
¼ t cayenne pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions and parsley. Add flour and stir until smooth. Cook on low 1 minute. Add half & half and blend until smooth. Add cheese and cook until melted over medium heat. Add crab meat, salt, and pepper.

As soon as crab is added, heat over low and take off fire so that it does not boil. Serve warm.
