1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and water to a rolling boil

Stir in flour, stir by hand with wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball.

Remove from heat and add eggs all at once.

Beat until smooth.

Drop by teaspoon full on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees.

Cool, cut top off and fill with your favorite filling. This can be filled with egg salad, tuna, chicken salad or as a dessert filling it with pudding or cream.
