1/2 # Mushrooms, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Eggs
1/2 pt. Sour Cream
1/2 pt. Cottage Cheese

4 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 drops Tabasco Sauce
2 Cups Jack Cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
6 oz. Protein (Fresh or canned Crap meat, shredded, Sausage, Chopped Ham, etc.
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter, then remove and drain. In a blender or food processor, using a metal blade, blend eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, flour, onion powder, salt and Tabasco sauce.
Pour mixture into a large bowl. Stir in mushrooms, Parmesan, jack cheese, chopped green onions and protein.
Pour into a greased 10" deep dish pie plate. (May be frozen at this point.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1.25 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand for a few minutes before cutting.
