1 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c raisins
1 c nuts
¼ t allt
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
¼ t cloves
2 c cake flour
¼ c vegetable oill
½ t vanilla
1 c applesauce

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Cream oil and sugar thoroughly. Add egg, chopped nuts, and raisins. Stir until well mixed. Add sifted dry ingredients, vanilla, and applesauce. Pour into a greased pan and bake 1 hour.
