12 green peppers
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Pepper
5 large tomatoes, chopped
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
Recook in boiling water five minutes, then drain
Cook beef and onions in skillet until meat is browned, drain off fat
Stir in Worcestershire salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes and rice.
Arrange peppers in 3 qt. Square pan.
Spoon filling into peppers.

Bake at 350º for 35-40 min.
Top with cheese and let stand until cheese melts.
