2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
1 12 oz. Franks Hot Sauce
1 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
1 16 oz Bottle of Ranch Dressing
1 8 oz. shredded Montery Jack or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Chopped Celery (optional)

Boil chicken and shred it. Preheat oven to 350º. In 13 x 9 x 2-in baking pan combine shredded chicken and Frank's. Spread to form an even layer. In large saucepan, over medium heat, combine cream cheese and ranch. Stir. Pour over chicken mixture and smooth. Add celery if desired.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
