Brine in Safeway Black Cherry pop for 24 hours.

Brine in Safeway Black Cherry pop for 24 hours.

Cook @ 300˚ for 3 hours (no foil)

Smoke for 4 hours (turning every hour optional)

Smoke for 3 more hours with the brisket double wrapped in foil.

Pour 1 can beef broth over brisket smoke 1 more hour.

Turn temperature up to 325˚ and bring brisket up to temperature.
