Pork baby back ribs, number of slabs depends on how many you are serving.
Extra virgin olive oil
Sweet smoky mesquite rub
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove silver skin from ribs, if present.
Rub ribs with EVOO
Apply sweet smoky mesquite rub.
Wrap in Saran Wrap, refrigerate 24 hours, unwrap Saran Wrap.
Place on a rack over a baking pan.
Bake at 275º uncovered for 3 hours on middle shelf in oven.
Cover with tin foil & bake at 275º for additional 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover, apply BBQ sauce & bake at 275º for 1/2 hour more.
Remove from oven & let set for 10 minutes before serving.
