6 eggs hard boiled (directions below)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon mustard
Pinch of dill weed or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Remove yolks from egg, mash with fork and add ingredients and mix well. Put egg yolks in a piping bag with a star tip and fill egg whites.

To hard boil eggs:
Put eggs in cold water bring them to a hard boil remove from heat cover pot and let sit for 30 minutes. Remove cover and pour cold water over them to stop them from cooking.

Always cook two more eggs than you need in case of breakage.
