Ingredients:  
1 can artichoke hearts (you can cut them in half if they are large)
Kruteaz Tempura Batter mix according to directions but use beer instead of water. Make batter thin like pancake batter.
Flour
Panko

Aioli Sauce:

1 oz fresh garlic
2 oz lemon juice (¼ cup)
2 egg yolks
3 oz. Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon white wine Worcestershire
3 shakes Tabasco
1 cup olive oil
1 cup Crisco oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dip hearts in flour, batter, and then panko. Put them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them.

Deep fry frozen artichoke hearts until golden brown. Serve with aioli sauce.

Aioli Sauce:

Put all ingredients except oil into Cuisinart. With machine running add oils through feed tube. Chill and serve.
