2 cans 14 oz. Artichoke hearts (drained)
2 cups grated parmesan
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon dillweed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Process artichoke hearts in food processor until they are in small pieces. Add all other ingredients and put into a soufflé dish. Bake 30 – 40 minutes. Serve with crackers or sliced bread.

Preheat oven 325°
