1 Grapefruit
3 Oranges
2 Lemons
3 qts Water

Directions:
Remove seeds from fruit.
Slice fruit, thinner the better (or may be put through meat chopper if preferred)
Let stand overnight in 3 qts water.
Next morning boil for 10 minutes and let stand overnight again.
Measure and add equal ( or 7/8, if want less sweetness) quantity of sugar.
Boil testing for jelly, pour into tumblers . . . .

*Rest of recipe is missing, paper crumbled. Remainder of recipe should be basic canning instructions.
