8 cups small cauliflower florets
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmagiano Reggiano or grated parmesan without anti clumping agent
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Toss cauliflower florets in the olive oil and place on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Mix the seasonings and the parmesan cheese together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle evenly over the cauliflower and gently toss.
Roast 25-30 minutes.
