1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp butter
13.8 oz tube refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 lb deli ham or roast beef, thinly sliced
8 slices mozzarella cheese
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender. unroll unbaked pizza crust on a lightly greased baking sheet. Layer crust with slices of meat and cheese; top with green pepper mixture and season with pepper. Roll crust loosely into a tube, jelly-roll style; pinch top and sides closed. Bake, seam-side down at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes, until golden. Slice to serve.
