4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 green pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 cups cheese, shredded, divided
4 eggs
3 cups milk
1 cup Biscuit mix



Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingred with 1 cup cheese. Transfer to greased 9 X 13 baking dish. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, biscuit mix until blended. Pour over meat mix.Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Bake uncovered at 375º for 30-35 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Let sit 10 min before cutting.
