1-½ Cups Flour........................................1-½ Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar..................................½ tsp Baking Soda
¾ Cup Butter............................................1 Cup Apricot Preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, oats. sugar and soda. Cut in butter until the mixture is like fine crumbs. Pat ⅔ of crumbs in a 9x13 pan. Spread gently with preserves, top with remaining crumbs. bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack then cut into bars.
