Ingredients:  
1- Cups Flour........................................1- Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar.................................. tsp Baking Soda
Cup Butter............................................1 Cup Apricot Preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, oats. sugar and soda. Cut in butter until the mixture is like fine crumbs. Pat ⅔ of crumbs in a 9x13 pan. Spread gently with preserves, top with remaining crumbs. bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack then cut into bars.
