4 Eggs, lightly beaten.....................................½ tsp Salt
3 Cups ½ and ½.............................................12 oz Can Evaporated Milk
2 Cups Sugar.................................................1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, half and half and sugar in a large heavy pot and cook on low stirring constantly until mixture thickens* Cool in refrigerator then stir in rest of ingredients and freeze in an ice cream freezer. After it's done you can stir in any extras such as oreos, nuts or crushed strawberries. *While its cooking you can stir in 4 oz cream cheese to make it extra rich.
