1 pound squash
1 large onion minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg beaten
dash nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water. Drain and add cheese, cream, butter, egg and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 until mixture bubbles and crumbs are brown - about 25 minutes.
