2 large heads cauliflower, broken into florets
1 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
6 T. butter, cubed
3/4 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. Montreal steak seasoning

Topping:
1 c. Italian-style panko bread crumbs
1/4 c, butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place cauliflower in a stock pot; bring to a boil; reduce heat and summer for 10-12 minutes, until tender. Drain and transfer to large bowl. Mash cauliflower, stir in remaining ingredients (except topping), and put in a greased baking dish.

Mix topping in bowl and sprinkle over cauliflower mixture. Bake uncovered, 40-50 minutes.
