Ingredients:  
• 3 tbsp peanut (or almond) butter
• ¼ cup of brownsugar
• A pinch of salt
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 cup of flour
• ½ cup of peanut (or almond) flour (can be subbed for more flour)
• 1 tbsp non-dairy (or dairy) milk
• 1 spoonful of coconut oil
• 150 g bakers chocolate

Directions:

1) Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, salt, vanilla, and maple syrup into a bowl and stir until combines
2) Add in flours and mix until combines – should form a nice wet crumble
3) Add in milk and mix until a dough begins to form – add more as needed
4) Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment in fridge until still and set (about 20 minutes)
5) Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in 30 second increments to avoid burning
6) Dip balls in chocolate, rolling to coat well
7) Place back onto baking sheet and chill until chocolate hardens – best stored in the fridge
