- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 drops tea tree oil
- 2 drops clove oil

Directions:

1) warm water slightly in the microwave or use hot tap
2) stir in all other ingredients until dissolved
3) swish like mouth was, concentrating on cankered area
4) repeat up to 2 times a day until sore begins to heal

This honestly works like a charm. Anytime i get a canker it helps. The tea tree helps with any bacterial and the clove helps to numb it a bit. It definitely doesn't taste stellar but sometimes that's the price we pay
