- 1 tsp lavender
- 1 tsp mugwort
- 1/2 tsp rose petals
- 1 tsp chamomile
- a pinch of clove
- 1/2 cup of milk (non-dairy if needed)
- 1/2 cup water
- honey or maple syrup to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) combine all ingredients into a medium sauce pan (minus sweetner)
2) heat until steam rises off the mixture - do not let boil, you will ruin the herbs
3) remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes (mugwort needs time to infuse)
4) stir in sweetener and strain through a fine sieve into a cup
5) drink with you intention for the lunar cycle in mind, letting go those things that no longer serve you in your journey

I really enjoy this tea, it taste delicious and serves purpose! use it in your full moon rituals or just as a bed time tea for soothing empowered dreams! Herbs may be subbed as you like of course, this is just what I enjoy!
