2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 cup water1 tsp grated orange rind
1 package of Shake 'N Bake - Regular flavour
Boneless chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken pieces with Shake 'N Bake and cook according package instructions minus 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in sauce pan add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until cranberry sauce is melted. Spoon sauce over chickin and cook for additional 15 minutes.
