2 tsp chili flakes
3 whole garlic bulbs, broken into cloves
6 chicken legs, skin removed
3 tsp basil
2 tomatoes, cubed or 2 big handfuls of cherry tomatoes
3 cans (410g) cannellini beans (or any beans), drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put all beans at the bottom of a greased 9X13 pan. Top with chicken. Throw in basil, tomatoes, whole garlic cloves and chili flakes. Drizzle olive oil on top. Mix around a bit to get into some of the chicken crevices. Place in the oven for about 1 1/2 hrs until the chicken is done.
