1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter
cream together
add
2 c flour and mix until crumbly - set aside.

Add together
1 c sour milk
1 t soda
1 egg beaten
1 t vanilla extract

After batter is in pan, sprinkle crumbs over top and bake in oven 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
