6 cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons of your flavoring of choice:
(Vanilla/Almond/Lemon ect.)
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 cups (4 sticks) Unsalted Butter (at Room Temp)
2 eggs (large or x-large - Room Temp)
1 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add everything else until blended.
Rollout 1/4 of cookie dough until desired thickness (using wax paper and the dough in between)
Repeat until all dough is to desired thickness in wax paper - place in refrigerator until it has set.
(could be overnight) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut out out cookies on place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 8-12 minutes until done. You can use the cookie dough left over from the cut-outs to roll back out between wax paper
and refrigerate. Do not use flour to roll out the dough.

Alisa and I took a "cookie class" and this is the recipe she gave us. I also have put in the "royal icing",
to decorate them.
