*4 Chicken Breasts.......................................**.1 Can Chili Beans
Large Can Diced Tomatoes..........................Shredded Co-Jack
1 pkg Chili Seasonings.................................Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken in salted water until just cooked. Put in a crockpot with tomatoes, and chili seasoning. Cook on low 3-4 hours, shred chicken and put back in pot. Add beans and cook until hot. Serve in bowls with shredded cheese and sour cream on top. *You can cook a whole chicken instead, and remove skin and bones then add to the pot. **You can substitute another kind of bean if you like.
